Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with its original tags and packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@minovelle.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions for the address below. Please do not send an item back before receiving these instructions.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending your parcel. Include your order number so we can identify your return.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is needed. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Problems with an order

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can help. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
