Minovelle is managed from Germany. Customer orders are dispatched from the United States through our private fulfilment partner.

Products and selected options

The items included in a purchase are described on the product page and depend on the option you select. Where garments or accessories are sold separately, each selected option includes only the stated item. Check the size, colour, style and quantity in your basket before checkout. Colours can appear slightly different on different screens. For sizing or product questions, contact us before ordering.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in US dollars. Your checkout shows the price for your selected items, applicable discounts, shipping charges and any applicable taxes before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order.

Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to the United States. Standard shipping is $8, with complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders of $70 or more, as calculated at checkout. Express shipping is $15. Handling time before dispatch is 1 business day. Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 days after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed arrival date or a promise of same-day dispatch. Returns, refunds and order problems

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. That policy explains return eligibility, return shipping costs, damaged or incorrect items, and refund processing. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
